Short Statement: There is an adjustment of 15 hours due to a change in hours per response time on the PPQ 519. Previously, the hours recorded on the APHIS 71 were 0.500 which is incorrect. The corrct time per response should be 1.25 hours which changes the total burden hours from 79 to 94.
