Family Engagement Survey



Thank you for participating in this survey. We are asking for your thoughts regarding how you approach family engagement. We intend to use this information to focus technical assistance and content at the upcoming Parental Options and Information (POI) Project Directors Conference. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes. Your participation is optional and your responses will be kept confidential.
