The purpose of this memo is to request that Request for Generic Clearance to Conduct Voluntary Customer/Partner Surveys be changed to indicate that it is a generic submission. OMB approval was received on July 11, 2006 (OMB #0925-04761). The package has previously been recognized as generic and this change does not affect burden hours. We are, therefore, requesting that these changes be considered under the Nonsubstantive Change Request procedure.
