Executive Order 12862 directs Federal Agencies to survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want. NLM is requesting extension of OMB approval for generic clearance to conduct a number of customer/partner satisfaction surveys. NLM will collect and use information gathered through customer and/or partner surveys to identify strengths and weaknesses in current service provisions and to make improvements that are practical and feasible.
