Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved. EPA is to be commended for its careful reassessment of burden as part of the ICR consolidation process, and the clear manner in which the ICRs to be consolidated and associated burden changes are laid out in Table 6.8 and the associated documentation. OMB understands from this documenation that there are no changes in reporting or recordkeeping requirements for these consolidated ICRs.
