The Broadband Initiatives Program will
offer loans, grants and loan/grant combinations to facilitate
broadband deployment in rural areas. This collection covers the
application requirements as well as other associated reporting
requirements.
This program is
authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Agencies must manage and expend Recovery Act fundts to achieve the
purposes of the act as quickly as possible with consistent and
prudent management.
