Terms of Clearance: The agency has requested to withdraw the collection in order to test the survey's questions and work with Federal agencies to potentially add new survey questions or modify existing ones. If the agency decides to test the questions using 10 or more individuals, the agency must seek OMB approval consistent with the Paperwork Reduction Act. As a reminder, the agency cannot use this collection until OMB has approved it.
