Terms of Clearance: OMB appreciates DOL's responsiveness to previous terms of clearance. Consistent with our discussions, we are comfortable with DOL fielding the instruments in February. We look forward to continuing to work with DOL to improve the NAWS methodolgy when the survey is resubmitted as a revision.

Previously, respondents to the supplemental questions were counted as separate respondents/responses; however, as they are a subset of the respondent universe and not unique respondents, they should not have been counted as unique responses.
