This information is needed to manage oil cleaning assets in the Gulf of Mexico. This collection is necessary to ensure the National Incident Command can locate any unused oil cleaning assets and effectively use them in the Gulf. Respondents are owners and operators of oil cleaning equipment (i.e. oil skimmers).
