This is a continuing program to solicit information from the general public who utilize the business services and animal programs administered by the USDA, APHIS, and VS. The estimates provided from the previous submission did not account for the time difference between respondents and non-respondents. Previous all respondents were assessed a response time of 5 minutes per responses. In this collection non-respondents were assessed a response time of 1 minute resulting in an adjustment of -167 total burden hours.
