Adjustments above increased the burden amount by 6,093 hours, and the number of responses by 13,656 and decreased the burden by 251 hours and the number of responses by 210. Overall, adjustments increased the burden by 5,842 hours and the number of responses by 13,446.

Program changes and adjustments together increased the burden amount by 11,911 hours and the number of responses by 61,744.

Note: There are no changes to this revised collection of information that are not associated with this final rule. Further, changes to the burden total from the last approved information collection submission are divided into program changes because there is a change to the current rule concerning that specific requirement itemized above from the last OMB approved submission and adjustments because there is a change to the agency estimate for the same (unchanged) current rule requirement.

The previous clearance was granted by OMB on February 19, 2008, for renewal of the OMB approval solely associated with the current rule. In its February 19, 2008, Notice of Action, OMB granted re-approval for the maximum time period (three years). The new expiration date listed was February 28, 2011. The total burden approved was 47,521 hours, and the total number of responses approved was 78,002.
