DOL has revised the complaint form to ensure 508 compliance, improve its appearance and lay out questions in a way that should ease its use; however, those changes are not expected to affect the burden estimates.
The adjustment in burden hours occurred due to the increase in the number of applicants for and/or participants in WIA programs services; an increase in the number of complaints filed; and an adjustment to the average hourly wage of the individual reviewing the collected information.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
