ensure that the burden associated with forms under this collection
is not double counted by revising or discontinuing the following
ICRs as appropriate: 0583-0082 (Application for Inspection, which
includes form numbers 9080-3, 5200-2, and 5200-6), 0583-0094
(Export, Transport, and Import, which includes form numbers 9060-6
and 9540-1), and 0583-0138 (Application for Return of Exported
Product, which includes form number 9010-1).

FSIS is introducing a new web-based
information system that firms will be able to access and then
complete forms or sets of screens online to provide the Agency with
necessary information.
This is a new collection
resulting in an addition of 148,015 burden hours. However, 92,001
burden hours are being transferred from other approved collections
into this PHIS information collection and constitute an adjustment.
There other 56,014 hours are a program change of new burden
hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
