Abstract: This information collection is being conducted by EPA's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) to assist the EPA Administrator, as required by sections 111(b), 112(d), and 112(f)(6) of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended, to reevaluate emission standards for this source category. The information will also be used to develop greenhouse gas regulations for petroleum refinery sources under CAA sections 111(b) and 111(d).
