The change in burden hours is an ADJUSTMENT. There is no proposed change to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The reporting and recordkeeping requirements and the methodology for calculating burden remain unchanged.

The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• Decrease in burden (respondents/responses/burden hours) is due to a decrease in the number of vessels (i.e., respondents).
