Abstract: As one component of the evaluation of the Regional Educational Laboratories (RELs) mandated by the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002 (Title I, Part D, Section 174), the National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance plans to survey potential and actual REL customers regarding REL technical assistance products and activities. The data gathered from this web-based survey of state and local educational agency officials will inform the decisions of program administrators, policymakers, and the public.
