the information necessary to determine current levels of service, establish realistic service delivery standards and opportunities for improvement, and establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction.
The burden hours decreased from the previous request of 1,800 hours to 1,500 hours for this request, representing a reduction of 300 hours. This change is an adjustment caused by a decrease in the number of respondents completing the survey.
