Short Statement: There is an adjustment decrease in both the number of respondents and the number of burden hours. The number of respondents for this collection is 19,000 compared to the current inventory of 26,000; the burden hours total 6270 compared to the current inventory of 7860. The adjustment decrease in both the number of respondents and the number of burden hours is due to the deletion of the formula programs from this collection since the formula programs do not use the SF 424 or the ED Supplemental Information form.
