Abstract: Tanks, containers, maintenance, standards, repair, and inspection. DOT shippers, carriers, and users of cargo tanks use requirements to verify inspection, testing, requalification and maintenance standards in the HMR are met, and that these conditions are safe for continued use in hazardous materials service.
