OSHA is requesting an
adjustment increase of 9,394 burden hours over the last approval of
105,965 hours resulting in an annual paperwork burden allotment of
115,359 burden hours. This adjustment is justified by VPP revision
of its traditional focus on individual fixed worksites by adding
two new ways to participate: mobile workforce and corporate. OSHA
Challenge continues to be a pilot program.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
