On July 28, 2011, in document FCC
11-118, the Commission released a Second Report and Order (Order)
adopting new modified certification process for Internet-based TRS
(iTRS) providers to ensure that iTRS providers receiving
certification are qualified to provide iTRS in compliance with the
Commission's rules, and to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse through
improved oversight of such providers.

The Commission has program
changes/increases to this information collection due to the
adoption of the information collection requirements contained in
FCC 11-118. Therefore, the program changes are as follows: +11 to
the number of respondents, +54 to the annual number of responses
and +900 to the annual burden hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
