In 2011, the Commission adopted a new
and modified certification process for Internet-based TRS (iTRS)
providers to ensure that iTRS providers receiving certification are
qualified to provide iTRS in compliance with the Commission's
rules, and to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse through improved
oversight of such providers.

There are adjustments to the
total annual number of respondents, total annual number of
responses and total annual burden hours due to the re-evaluation of
certain information collection requirements. Due to the
adjustments, the OMB inventory should now reflect the following
burdens: annual number of respondents decreased by -13, from 28
respondents to 15 number of respondents; annual number of responses
increased by +2, from 89 responses to 91 annual number of
responses, and annual burden hours decreased by -515, from 934
hours to 419 annual burden hours. There are no program changes to
this information collection.
