The Commission is consolidating
information collection requirements that are currently contained
under OMB Control Number 3060-1160 (Structure and Practices of the
Video Relay Service Program; Second Report and Order and Order, CG
Docket No. 10-51) into OMB Control Number 3060-1150 (Structure and
Practices of the Video Relay Service Program; Second Report and
Order, CG Docket No. 10-51). The Commission will submit a
Discontinuation Form to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
to discontinue information collection 3060-1160 once it receives
OMB approval for this information collection (3060-1150) which is
being revised due to the consolidation of both
collections.
US Code:
47
USC 225 Name of Law: Communications Act of 1934, as amended
There are adjustments to the
total annual number of respondents, total annual number of
responses and total annual burden hours which are due to the
consolidation of the information collection requirements currently
approved under OMB Control Number 3060-1060 (Structure and
Practices of the Video Relay Service Program; Second Report and
Order and Order, CG Docket No. 10-51) into OMB Control Number
3060-1150 (Structure and Practices of the Video Relay Service
Program; Second Report and Order, CG Docket No. 10-51). These
adjustments are also due to the re-evaluation of certain
information collection requirements. There are no program changes
to this information collection. Because of the consolidation of
information collection 3060-1160 into collection 3060-1150 and the
re-evaluation of certain burdens for the information collection
requirements, the OMB inventory should now reflect the following
burdens: annual number of respondents increased by +17, from 11
respondents to 28 number of respondents; annual number of responses
increased by +35, from 54 responses to 89 annual number of
responses, and annual burden hours increased by +34, from 900 hours
to 934 annual burden hours.
