There is an adjustment in the
total burden hours from 2,471 to 1,610, a decrease of -861 hours
because the number of respondents decreased from 35,700 to 21,300
(a decrease of 14,400 respondents) due to fewer surveys being
distributed to producers and a downturn in the economy. There is an
adjustment in the total annual responses from 9,230 to 21,300
responses (an increase of 12,070 responses) because not enough
annual responses were accounted for due to a miscalculation in the
number of annual responses for non-respondents in the last
submission. APHIS has corrected that in this submission.
