stowage instructions for certain hazardous materials. Provisions
are made for waivers of products in special DOT hazard classes.
Respondents are supplers and manufacturers of hazardous products
used on ships.
The change in burden is an
ADJUSTMENT due to a decrease in the estimated number of requests
per year. There is no proposed change to the reporting or
recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The reporting and
recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating
burden, remain unchanged.
