The proposed regulations in Part 43 impose certain recordkeeping and public reporting requirements on the following entities; swapts execution facilities ("SEFs") designed contract markets ("DCMs"); swap data repositories ("SDRs"); major swap participants ("MSPs"); swap dealers ("SDs") and to the extent that one is created, an entity that will consolidate and publish real-time swap transaction and pricing data (a "third party service provider"), to being transparency to the swaps markets.
