In accordance with the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended by the Dodd-Frank Act, the proposed regulations would require swap dealers and major swap participants to develop a risk management program (including a business continuity and disaster recovery plan and procedures to ensure compliance and applicable position limits). The information collection would be used to ensure that registrants maintain an adequate risk management program.
