The Commodity Exchange Act, as amended to the Dodd-Frank Act, establish certain reporting, recordkeeping, and daily trading records requirements for swap dealers and major swap participants. These regulations implement those requirement by obligating swap dealers and major swap participants to maintan certain transaction records (including daily trading records), position records, complaint records, and certain marketing and sales materials.
