The Electronic Records Express (ERE) Third-Party to gives representatives of disability claimants full electronic access to their clients' disability files. The ICR includes registration to use the system and the access/request screens third parties must use each time they make a request from the system. Third Party representatives can download audio versions of their client's disability files. This submission is for a non-substantive change request.
