Food Programs Reporting System
(FPRS)facilitates data gathering for the reporting of data for the
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (SNAP) and the Special
Nutrition Programs. FPRS is the primary collection point for
program performance statistics and financial data from State
agencies (SA), Indian Tribal Organizations (ITO), and USA
Territories participating in the nutrition assistance
programs.

OMB number or expiration date.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
