NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0874

The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0874. On July 19, 2011, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pre-approved information collection requirements that are contained in FCC 11-84 for the proposed rules to implement the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation (“CALM”) Act. On December 13, 2011, the Commission adopted the requirements as proposed in FCC 11-182.1 Therefore, this non-substantial change request is being submission to OMB to receive the final approval for the information collection requirements and to activate the final burden hours for the requirements.

1 Please note that the Commission created FCC Form 2000G to house the data elements that were approved by OMB at the NPRM stage. At first, the data elements were going to be covered under FCC Form 2000E, but to make things less confusing for the public they now are going to be contained under Form 2000G. The data elements are simply being moved from Form 2000E to 2000G.
