Short Statement: The number of responses decreased to 260 based on the current estimated number of licensed manufacturers of destructive devices, ammunition for destructive devices, and armor piercing ammunition. Burden hours reduced to 130 hours. There is no reporting requirement only a recordkeeping requirement, therefore the reporting burden hours have been eliminated.
