The BSEE is proposing to create new 30 CFR Part 250, Subpart G--Well Operations and Equipment through rulemaking in order to consolidate common equipment and operational functions regarding BOPs. [NEW Subpart G consists of numerous requirements from Subparts D, E, F, P, and Q; APDs; APMS; and NTL-2013-G01 (GPS for MODUs)].
