This collection of information requires the person-in-charge of a barge fleeting facility to keep records of twice daily inspections of barge moorings and movements of barges and hazardous cargo in and out of the facility. Respondents are operators of barge fleeting facilities.
The change in the burden is an ADJUSTMENT. There is no proposed change to the recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The recordkeeping requirements, and the methodology for calculating burden, remain unchanged.
