The Part A Minority AIDS Initiative Report is used to collect performance data from Ryan White Part A grantees receiving funds under the Part F - Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI). These funds support activities to evaluate and address the disproportionate impact of HIV/AIDS on, and the disparities in access, treatment, and outcomes in communities of color Part A Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMAs) and Transitional Grant Areas (TGAs).
