(ICR) will be used to enable the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration (FMCSA) to document the burden associated with the
marking regulations codified in 49 CFR part 390.21.

This program change increase of
655,000 estimated annual burden hours is due to a new ICR that will
require the marking of vehicles and intermodal equipment by motor
carriers, freight forwarders and intermodal equipment providers
engaging in interstate transportation.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
