Act of 1944. The respondents will be disabled veterans, spouses,
and mothers of disabled veterans.

3206-0001 submissions prior to
2007 only calculated burden as third party disclosure. When this
was modified to individual disclosure in 2007, the third party
disclosure calculation was not removed. The burden decrease is due
to the removal of third party disclosure time.
