DMDC Review of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Customer Service
Survey for OMB Extension
As requested, DMDC has reviewed the subject study protocol and it’s supporting
materials as part of the OMB submission process through WHS. The concerns raised in our
reviews have been adequately addressed. Our recommendation to WHS/ESD is that that the
study protocol and the data collection materials are sufficiently designed and developed in order
to be sent forward as required to obtain an extension of OMB approval for a Public Information
Collection.
