Abstract: The Occupational Requirements Survey (ORS) is a nationwide test survey being conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) at the request of the Social Security Administration. Estimates from this test will be used by SSA to determine how to use updated requirements in administering the Social Security Disability Insurance program.
