Abstract: This is a non-substantive change request. Some additional questions have been added to the ARMS 1, ARMS 2 and Vegetable Chemical Use questionnaires. These changes are for adding clarity and improving the data series. Annually, the ARMS and Chem Use programs are adjusted to keep up with changes in the farming community that impact the data collected by NASS. In addition NASS will be suspending the collection of data by the ARM 3 questionnaire in 2015 since similar data will be collected on farm economics by the TOTAL survey (0535-0240).

The economic data that would have been collected by this survey will be replaced by another survey included in the TOTAL docket 0535-0240. In 2016 the ARMS 3 survey will be returned to it's normal data collection cycle.
