The Electronic Records Express (ERE) Third-Party gives representatives of disability claimants full electronic access to their clients' disability files. The ICR includes registration to use the system and the access/request screens third parties must use each time they make a request from the system. Third-party representatives can also download audio versions, when available, of their client's disability files.
