Procedure

Upon completion of the webinar we will send an email to every registered participant. See below text:

We would like to invite you to participate in a brief feedback survey about your webinar experience. Your opinion is very important to us and we will use your responses to continuously improve our services. Your individual answers will be kept confidential. After one week, we will send a second reminder to all participants to encourage as much participation as possible. We will close the data collection within 10 business days after the webinar.
