Justification of Non-substantive changes to Collection 3060-0874



The Commission is submitting this non-substantive change request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to amend the consumer complaint collection to allow for the filing of informal consumer complaints via an online consumer complaint portal. This modification is necessary to make the end user experience more efficient and to increase the effectiveness of Commission complaint processes.


There are no impacts to the burden hours and costs for this information collection as a result of the non-substantive change request. Also, the supporting statement has been updated accordingly.
