Thank you for participating in this survey, which should only take approximately 10 minutes to
complete. Your feedback is greatly appreciated by the Communications Technology
Laboratory (CTL) at NIST. The purpose of this study is to evaluate employee satisfaction with
Building 3. You were selected to participate because you are an occupant of the building.
Once the responses have been compiled, a report will be provided to CTL highlighting the
results and suggesting any changes that may still need to be made to the space. This survey
is anonymous and confidential. Participation is completely voluntary and may be stopped at
any time.
