The burden has increased by 18,852 hours from the last approved submission. The increase in burden is solely due to adjustments. There are no program changes. **** Please see the table on pages 32-33 of the Supporting Justification for an itemized breakdown of all adjustments. The current burden for this collection in the OMB inventory shows a total burden of 314 hours, while the present submission exhibits a total of 18,866 hours. Hence, there is an increase in burden of 18,852 hours from the previous submission. Also, the cost to respondents has increased by $75 (from $1,225 to $1,300). This increase is an adjustment reflecting increased postage costs. [Note: Although the previous submission showed a cost to respondents of $1,225, ROCIS incorrectly listed the cost as $1,000. Consequently, ROCIS shows an increase in cost to respondents of $300 instead of the correct increase in cost of $75.]
