Short Statement: In 2012 there were 256 Title VI Grantees. The following year of 2013, that number increased to 264. Also, ACL published a Federal Register Notice in FY 2011 inviting current grantees and new applicants for a 3 year project period, which based on this announcement led to 266 Title VI Grantees being funded. Hence the increase in annual responses.
