a person has been adjusted to permanent resident status.

The estimated annual burden
hours increased by 376; this increase can be attributed to an
increase in the number of respondents from 11,707 to 12,609. USCIS
estimates that approximately 902 new respondents will submit Form
I-824; the change in estimates has not been prompted by a program
change; it is rather resulting from better agency estimates.
