This is a request for a revision to the Supply and Service ICR, including revisions to the Scheduling Letter. The OFCCP Scheduling Letter is used to schedule Federal contractors and subcontractors for Compliance Evaluations in accordance with Executive Order 11246, as amended; Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 U.S.C. 4212. These mandates prohibit Federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veterans status. It also prohibits these employers from taking adverse employment actions against applicants and employees for asking about, discussing, or sharing information about their pay or, in certain circumstances, the pay of their co-workers.

(ii) Use of information;
(iii) Burden estimate;
(iv) Nature of response (voluntary, required for a benefit, or mandatory);
