ETA utilizes the e-Grants Federal
Reporting System, an online 9130 reporting system for recipients to
enter and certify quarterly financial data. The data collected is
used to assess the effectiveness of ETA programs and to monitor and
analyze the financial activity of its recipients. This data
collection format permits ETA to evaluate program effectiveness,
monitor compliance with statutory limitations, and analyze
financial activity, while complying with OMB efforts to streamline
Federal financial reporting.
