Short Statement: The information collection has decreased from 147,690 hours to 119,214 hours. The change is based on a reduction in the number of unique contractors based on FPDS FY16 data. In addition, the Government considered the information collected under this requirement to be records kept as a part of a contractor’s normal business operations, and the Government will only request to see the records a limited number of times per year for each contractor.
